Incentify

About: Incentify is a Fintech platform that has a two part process to its development to acquire users. Similar to twingcart this start-up also focuses on millennials, gen-z and newly, active investors for their customer segments. Their customer segments included active creators, active consumers, passive creators and passive consumers. To read more about the types of customer segments click here. The first part of development was to create a social music platform where people can create clubs and share music, similar to spotify, itunes feature and clubhouse sole functionality. The difference here was that users can earn incents while listening to music to transition them into a low-risk investment opportunity through bitcoin. The community aspect faced a challenge as new users wouldn’t have a community to engage with so the first product phase was based on a single user experience and how to make sure one person was enough to fulfil the experience. Because of the early stage challenges the product would face I also created a sales funnel journey wherein we would see based on the type of user how they would discover the product and how they would interact with it.
